From Dark and Darker Wiki
This loose loot spawn is found in the treasure rooms which become available when killing the following boss pairs:
- Spectral Knight and Banshee on Crypts
- Cave Troll and Cyclops on Goblin Caves
The dual boss treasure room is then accessible via the stone doors found in either of the individual boss treasure rooms.
