right now as of 22/12/2024 it reads : Channels with a Channeling Interval scale with spell casting speed, such that its effect triggers faster if using Spell Casting Speed. Channels without a Channeling Interval, like Warlock's Life Drain, always trigger their effect at the same rate. The icon will be next to Channeling Intervals in ability descriptions on Class pages. -Should be *Channels without a Channeling Interval, like Warlock's DARK RAY, * ---> Dark Ray instead of LIFE DRAIN . Wow I thought you were crazy but your 100% right, looks its 1.25x cooldowns with spell sculpting. Its actually a localization issue; the original string does state this but the english translation does not. Going into the inferno for this quest is such a hassle i went into inferno over 10 times and killed over 30 centaurs and guess what? yep u guessed right! Drop rate seems to be under 15%. Killed 25 and got only 1, when drop rate suggest around 7 kills for one scrap. Putting this quest as first quest is stupid, it's too hard to be completed.
