Treacherous Lungs works multiplicatively with buff duration. If you take Rage/Savage Roar which normally lasts 6s and equip treacherous lungs which is a 1.3 scalar to the duration then Rage/Savage Roar will now last 7.8s. This can be taken even further with buff duration. The current cap for buff duration as an enchantment is 70% and Barbarian currently starts with 18 Will which provides an additional 3 buff duration. If you buy gear with max buff duration and equip treacherous lungs and use Rage/Savage Roar it will now last for 13.5s (6s)x(1.3)x(1.7+.03)=13.494s Each 10 points of Will adds .78s to Rage/Savage Roar up to 50 Will Using these stats War Cry will last for 15.743s (7s)x(1.3)x(1.7+.03)=15.743s Each 10 points of Will adds .91s to War Cry up to 50 Will
