| Found one on the shelf in the Keep location on Ruins, top floor with Skelly Champ when you come up the stairs it was far corner mid shelf on left. Will keep checking and confirm if i find a second in same location. | Just noting here that the PDR listed on these monsters was missing a crucial factor in the calculation that was added likely on banshee's release. It should be fixed now. | The MS you will get on the cloak can be seen before you craft it. The roll is determined when the shop resets and it will always match what is shown on your shop screen. Only craft when you see max rolls. | do the new monster magic resistances get affected by addition damage modifiers ie Additional Magic Damage? I believe Addition Physical Damage works on mobs with negative armor. Also how can I help, I am not a coder but if someone gave me the info I could edit/add things very easily.
