well if you zap a player and they have even -1% debuff duration, it will cancel the burn entirely, and they will not suffer any debuff, this also works with the burn from ignite, so you deal lots more damage with this perk equipped when casting zap and igniteFire Mastery, how much dmg are we adding? Found the book in the banquet hall on the tables. Doesn't always show up. Found one on the shelf in the Keep location on Ruins, top floor with Skelly Champ when you come up the stairs it was far corner mid shelf on left.
