Actually the Felidian Skin from the quest is a Male variant, its different, you can collect both if you want.

Are the Final quest cosmetics meant to be ambiguous until the NPC quest is revealed or has it been confirmed to be specific to the Tavern Master, Goblin Merchant and Collector for every season?

I does appear to be those 3 merchants again this season. All 3 still have the cosmetic reward quest on their respective pages. While the rewards are still listed as last season's cosmetics, the quests themselves are updated for this season. Tavern master, for example, requires you to kill ruins golems and more, and the collector now requires a frosted feather which didn't exist last season either.

My guess is that they will be updated with the proper rewards when the quests are released, but if you want the cosmetics then yes, the Tavern Master, Goblin Merchant, and Collector are the 3 you want to focus on. Notably, there are different questlines, so for example the Collector questline that ends in the cosmetic quest isn't available yet.

For those wondering on the Season 3 Pathfinder reward's perks, currently they gain +5 Armor Rating and -5 Magic Res (its 1/2 Nightmare Skeleton)

For anyone concerned, SDF mentioned in a recent podcast Quest (and potentially season reward cosmetics) will be made available in the shop for bluestones in the future.

To follow up on this, past quest reward cosmetics are now in the shop. Past season reward (AP/rank reward) cosmetics are in a special tab labeled "exclusive" along with the founder's edition and collaboration items. Unfortunately, this means that they are likely unobtainable.

IMHO Early Access Content should return once the game goes full release. Just make it very hard to get. An idea I had is simple, occasionally spawn a Boss mob (with some kinda map wide sound notification that a rare mob has spawned) that is wearing the skin, and have it roam the maps. It then has a small chance to drop a deed to the skin, which cannot be traded once it leaves the dungeon.

But I bought hold line version, but playing only goblins cause there was no matchmaking and only goblin map was for solo player. So Yea. Game was boring af if you could play only one map. Otherwise you would usually get wrecked (I don't play rouge ). Holding the line edition was not worth looking at current state of game xD

Just because its a virtual item doesn't make it less valuable. Do you buy food based upon the cheapest most nutritious thing or do you buy things that taste good.

You don't even get to enjoy that purchase again you have to keep paying to do that. A virtual item you can enjoy for years or possibly even for life. Just because you get better stimulation from other things doesn't mean you get to devalue the things others get the most stimulation and enjoyment from.

You are right in a sense. You never know though, the devs might put a ton of effort into a dwarf race in the future. But I agree it will probably be awhile until we see a skin that dramatically changes the hitbox.
