Found the book in the banquet hall on the tables. Doesn't always show up. Found one on the shelf in the Keep location on Ruins, top floor with Skelly Champ when you come up the stairs it was far corner mid shelf on left. Just noting here that the PDR listed on these monsters was missing a crucial factor in the calculation that was added likely on banshee's release. It should be fixed now.
