| There is a BP_ file that contains the LootDropRate (rarity bracket) and LootDropTable (the items in each bracket) for every container, ground loot and monster in the game. this also contains how many times it is rolled as well. | Assuming magic power bonus is 0% you would heal 2.4 per tick with your example. Without any magic healing(MH) you should heal 2 per tick. The current attribute bounus ratio is 10%. A rough estimate for each MH increase the amount healed per tick by 0.1.
