Consumables are items that either recover the user's health over time, or grant temporary buffs. Potions are commonly obtained by looting in the dungeon, killing Monsters, and purchasing from Merchants.
Description
For 15 seconds, strength stat increases by 5 to 19 depending on item tier and does vision effect. Purchase-able from Tavernmaster.
Makes you drunk for 15 seconds, but gives you additional 5 | 7 | 9 | 11 | 13 | 15 | 17 | 19 strength.

brewmaster will also remove the additional move speed from the bards jollytime perk if used together in multiclass
Cleric's perk doesn't just negate the drunk visual effect, it turns it into a buff which means it benefits from buff duration and doesn't get cut by Protection from Evil.
