All merchants restock every 30 minutes. (12:00, 12:30, 01:00, ...)
Skeleton (Merchant) is a Trader that buys and sells items in the game.

Trade in Silver and Golden Skull Tokens for, respectively, epic and legendary quality items with random enchantment rolls.
