I have only gotten mine from wraith zombies and mages none from skeletons after 3 days of running ruins

I dont care if its data mined or not, data was changed then because it only ever drops from mages

The drop chance is nowhere near 10% for normal skeletons. Sop far it seems like mosty skeleton mages are dropping it.
