Wait thats it? am i missing something?

What was the point was wipe only ,two weeks into playing, if there was no update? no new content no season stuff like i thought there was suppose to be. like nothing is different?? I thought the wipe was to add some big change or at least A change! all you did was wipe my stuff for no reason.
