- The Fortune Teller needs you to fetch 2 Glowing Blue Ice Eyes for quest "Dreamcatcher" of chapter "Knowing The Unknown".
These are dropped by Frost Walkers in the Ice Cavern, as far as I know they don't drop from other mobs or it may be a smaller chance.
