They sure do like to lie on patch notes don't they.
Warlock heal to 50%. That's a big deal. Protection stuff all still at 0%. Never mentioned in notes. What about all the bard songs? Surely some of them were affected by the 50% nerf but I have no idea which ones or what was reverted.
