Merchant
All merchants restock every 30 minutes. (12:00, 12:30, 01:00, ...)
Every restock has a chance of one Uncommon or higher rarity except Woodsman. (needs confirmation)
Description
Goblin Merchant sells random item with random rarities. The items are unidentified before the sale.
Trade
Each restock removes all items and adds 10 new items.
Rarity chances are not known at the moment. We are collecting data.
