-This is my favorite PvP Ranger Build-

The crossbow and spear setup

~ PERKS ~

+C͟r͟o͟s͟s͟b͟o͟w͟ M͟a͟s͟t͟e͟r͟y͟ ( a must have for running the crossbow )

+C͟r͟i͟p͟p͟l͟i͟n͟g͟ S͟h͟o͟t͟ ( one of the best perks in PvP helps tremendously against barb and fighter )

+ Q͟u͟i͟t͟ r͟e͟l͟o͟a͟d͟ ( the action speed from this and crossbow mastery makes the reload extremely quick )

+ s͟p͟e͟a͟r͟ p͟r͟o͟f͟i͟c͟i͟e͟n͟c͟y͟ ( if you run a spear with the set up )

-Note- if you don't like the spear but still wanna try the crossbow I recommend +trap mastery

~Skills~

+F͟i͟e͟l͟d͟ R͟a͟t͟i͟o͟n͟ ( the ability to heal a decent bit of health quickly can be a life saver in that fight )

+P͟e͟n͟e͟t͟r͟a͟t͟i͟n͟g͟ S͟h͟o͟t͟ ( hard choice between +Quick Fire and +Penetrating Shot, but the +master and +quick reload perk action speed bonus you already reload extremely fast that the DMG output is my personal choice )

-Note- +forceful shot is a decent choice as well the reason I don't run it even though this is a pvp build you do still have to deal with mobs

~Gear~ ( I don't think armor rating is a big thing for ranger )

the stat priority for ranger is normally

-A͟g͟i͟l͟i͟t͟y͟- (movement speed)

-S͟t͟r͟e͟n͟g͟t͟h͟- (this increases the dmg output)

+L͟o͟o͟s͟e͟ T͟r͟o͟u͟s͟e͟r͟s͟ ( the agility bonus plus being light weight so the move speed is low )

+W͟a͟r͟d͟e͟n͟ o͟u͟t͟f͟i͟t͟ ( agility bonus plus it looks really cool )

+L͟i͟g͟h͟t͟f͟o͟o͟t͟ b͟o͟o͟t͟s͟ ( I believe it has the best stats over all the shoes in the game I could be wrong but this is my go to )

+R͟i͟v͟e͟t͟e͟d͟ G͟l͟o͟v͟e͟s͟ ( the strength bonus is why I go with these gloves)

Rings and Necklaces

+O͟x͟ p͟e͟n͟d͟a͟n͟t͟ ( the strength bonus for pendant over Fox pendant to help balance out the agility bonuses you have from the other gear)

-Note- Fox pendant is still a really good choice if you prefer that

+R͟i͟n͟g͟ o͟f͟ C͟o͟u͟r͟a͟g͟e͟ (strength ring)

+R͟i͟n͟g͟ o͟f͟ Q͟u͟i͟c͟k͟n͟e͟s͟s͟ (agility ring)

+R͟i͟n͟g͟ o͟f͟ F͟i͟n͟e͟s͟s͟e͟ (dexterity ring)

-Note- those would be the 3 choices that go with the rest of the gear I like to use for this setup this is really up the preference I normally run finesse and courage if I can get my hands on both

~Finale~

this is a really fun PvP build I've messed with and tweaked just to try something new I really enjoyed running some goblin caves and howling crypts HR with this setup and similar, there was a little trouble with mobs in goblin caves but if you pull 1 or 2 at a time it wasn't too hard to deal with. If you give this build a try or something similar let me know what you think or if you try something similar and like it more let me know just really enjoying playing ranger and the more things I try and learn keeps me interested and playing the game.
