I dont think anyone knows the secret here to the mechanics. But you need to get the great to perfect perk and this way you can play about half of the notes bad AND so you have faster songs!!! Its like jazz ;)) and spellcasting speed improves it even more. Tested it. Enjoy the SECRET SteveInTheZone
