Artifact descriptions is actually the only part of the page that isn't datamined/automatically updated. If stuff is stealth-changed by IM it may be missed unfortunately. I'll remove the "Up to date" indicator entirely from this page so that it doesn't ever spread false confidence.
Specific to your note on Kuma's Fang, your certain that holding it + dagger makes the dagger also deal damage? Do you have a clip by chance you can link? Also feel free to join the wiki discord :)
