Page states: "20 Strength and 25 Vigor equates to 117.5 base Health using the graphs found at Max Health stat." but shouldn't it be 132,5?

Max health rating: 20str * 0.25 + 25vig * 0.75 = 23,75 Using the graph it shows: 75 + 10*3 + 13,75*2 = 132,5 base health Am I missing something?
