Ring crafted using rare golden teeth extracted from the silenced mouths of defeated rivals.

Description

The Grimsmile Ring can only be obtained through Crafting at the Alchemist.

It is currently one of only two equipment items which provide Luck, the other being Fangs of Death Necklace.
