Tanglethread Trousers drop % isn't 100.

It is not 100%. Confirmed today when I got Rawhide gloves with dead stats instead.

It's 10%. They made the spawn rate ten times greater, but decreased the probability to 10%. The tables aren't updated yet.

This change makes the item more common since now luck has an effect on it.
