The craftable tabs will only list items if some merchant offers the service to craft them. Unfortunately Copperlight Leggings are bugged right now. Despite being nominally craftable, they're not listed under any merchant. The item only exists in files, it's impossible to get it in game.
The craftable tabs will only list items if some merchant offers the service to craft them. Short of adding manual exceptions, we're going to leave it as is in the hopes that IM fixes it.
