The reasoning is because the &#039;over the entire duration&#039; rule exists for Damage over Times. Flamewalker/Hellfire deal tick damage while your in it, rather than applying a simple DoT once. Since it has 100% scaling, it adds that 10 from staff to each tick.</div>
