It has less armor pen than both the Morningstar, and the Flanged Mace, has SIGNIFICANTLY less damage than both (A white Morningstar has 37 damage, while a legendary Club has 36), and it can be used by the same classes that can already use the better versions (Flanged/Morning) with the addition of the Barbarian, who already has significantly better choices in the horseman’s, and hatchet (even though it’s a secondary).
